群联(8299)不是辉达认证商，为何能携Tesla Megapack抢进DSX AI工厂？第二成长曲线先看这3点

2026年09月29日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 记忆体控制晶片厂群联(8299-TW)近期再度成为市场焦点，但这次受到关注的不只是NAND涨价或企业级SSD，而是从AI算力进一步跨入电力基础设施。

辉达最新推出DSX Ready资格计划，首波合格的电池储能系统供应商包括日立能源、LG新能源及Tesla。群联(8299-TW)先前又宣布携手阿波罗电力与Tesla Energy合作企业强韧电网方案，将aiDAPTIV+地端AI方案与Tesla Megapack 2 XL整合，因而被市场解读为率先间接搭上辉达AI工厂规范的台厂之一，也引发公司切入AI工厂电力基础设施的想像。

不过必须厘清，取得DSX Ready资格的是Tesla储能产品，并非群联本身直接取得辉达认证。因此，群联(8299-TW)的机会在于把既有AI运算方案与已通过资格的储能系统整合，抢进企业AI工厂建置市场，能否因此建立第二成长曲线，仍要看整合方案能否从示范合作走向实际复制。

AI伺服器最缺的不只晶片，电力正成为新瓶颈

群联(8299-TW)在整套方案中扮演的角色，是将AI算力、资料储存与能源管理串在一起。运算端由群联提供aiDAPTIV+，透过Flash延伸记忆体，降低企业部署大型AI模型时对昂贵GPU记忆体的依赖；阿波罗电力负责表后储能、能源管理系统及绿电配置；Tesla则提供Megapack 2 XL构网型储能设备。

构网型储能不只是停电时的备用电源，而是能主动建立及稳定电压与频率，并以毫秒级速度回应AI伺服器瞬间拉高的用电需求，降低厂区电压骤降、设备跳机及营运中断的风险，适合因应AI伺服器瞬间拉高的用电需求。

这让群联(8299-TW)的商业模式出现新的可能性：未来不只销售控制晶片或SSD，而是切入「算力＋储存＋能源」，把AI运算平台、资料储存与能源配置包装成企业地端AI解决方案。

8月营收年增376%，本业仍是目前最大支柱

群联(8299-TW)8月营收达282.76亿元，月增4.1%、年增376.52%，续创单月新高；前八月累计营收1,642.93亿元，年增278.98%。第二季营收678.88亿元、毛利率65.35%，单季EPS达118.57元；上半年EPS则达187.37元。这些数字显示，现阶段推升群联获利的主力仍是NAND供需、企业级SSD及AI储存需求。相较之下，储能整合方案尚未揭露合约金额、出货规模与营收贡献，AI工厂题材能否转化为实际获利，仍须等待订单及收入模式进一步明朗。

后续应追踪企业强韧电网方案能否取得第一批付费客户，并进一步复制至资料中心、半导体厂及其他高用电企业，形成标准化产品。此外，群联(8299-TW)在专案中将采取硬体销售、软体授权、系统整合或长期维运等何种收费模式，也会直接影响这项业务的营收规模与毛利率。

因此，Tesla Megapack确实替群联打开进入AI工厂能源基础设施的入口，但「搭上辉达规范」与「形成可规模化营收」仍是两件不同的事。在订单、付费客户与收入模式尚未明朗前，这项业务更适合作为潜在成长动能观察，尚不足以确认第二成长曲线已经形成。

记忆体控制晶片厂群联(8299-TW)近期再度成为市场焦点，但这次受到关注的不只是NAND涨价或企业级SSD，而是从AI算力进一步跨入电力基础设施。</p>\n<p>辉达最新推出DSX Ready资格计划，首波合格的电池储能系统供应商包括日立能源、LG新能源及Tesla。群联(8299-TW)先前又宣布携手阿波罗电力与Tesla Energy合作企业强韧电网方案，将aiDAPTIV+地端AI方案与Tesla Megapack 2 XL整合，因而被市场解读为率先间接搭上辉达AI工厂规范的台厂之一，也引发公司切入AI工厂电力基础设施的想像。</p>\n<p>不过必须厘清，取得DSX Ready资格的是Tesla储能产品，并非群联本身直接取得辉达认证。因此，群联(8299-TW)的机会在于把既有AI运算方案与已通过资格的储能系统整合，抢进企业AI工厂建置市场，能否因此建立第二成长曲线，仍要看整合方案能否从示范合作走向实际复制。</p>\n<h2>AI伺服器最缺的不只晶片，电力正成为新瓶颈</h2>\n<p>群联(8299-TW)在整套方案中扮演的角色，是将AI算力、资料储存与能源管理串在一起。运算端由群联提供aiDAPTIV+，透过Flash延伸记忆体，降低企业部署大型AI模型时对昂贵GPU记忆体的依赖；阿波罗电力负责表后储能、能源管理系统及绿电配置；Tesla则提供Megapack 2 XL构网型储能设备。</p>\n<p>构网型储能不只是停电时的备用电源，而是能主动建立及稳定电压与频率，并以毫秒级速度回应AI伺服器瞬间拉高的用电需求，降低厂区电压骤降、设备跳机及营运中断的风险，适合因应AI伺服器瞬间拉高的用电需求。</p>\n<p>这让群联(8299-TW)的商业模式出现新的可能性：未来不只销售控制晶片或SSD，而是切入「算力＋储存＋能源」，把AI运算平台、资料储存与能源配置包装成企业地端AI解决方案。</p>\n<p><img #e67e23;\">8月营收年增376%，本业仍是目前最大支柱</h2>\n<p>群联(8299-TW)8月营收达282.76亿元，月增4.1%、年增376.52%，续创单月新高；前八月累计营收1,642.93亿元，年增278.98%。第二季营收678.88亿元、毛利率65.35%，单季EPS达118.57元；上半年EPS则达187.37元。这些数字显示，现阶段推升群联获利的主力仍是NAND供需、企业级SSD及AI储存需求。相较之下，储能整合方案尚未揭露合约金额、出货规模与营收贡献，AI工厂题材能否转化为实际获利，仍须等待订单及收入模式进一步明朗。</p>\n<p>后续应追踪企业强韧电网方案能否取得第一批付费客户，并进一步复制至资料中心、半导体厂及其他高用电企业，形成标准化产品。此外，群联(8299-TW)在专案中将采取硬体销售、软体授权、系统整合或长期维运等何种收费模式，也会直接影响这项业务的营收规模与毛利率。</p>\n<p>因此，Tesla Megapack确实替群联打开进入AI工厂能源基础设施的入口，但「搭上辉达规范」与「形成可规模化营收」仍是两件不同的事。在订单、付费客户与收入模式尚未明朗前，这项业务更适合作为潜在成长动能观察，尚不足以确认第二成长曲线已经形成。</p>\n<p><img
