台盐获利稳健成长通过每股配发股息1.4元殖利率4.42%

台盐 (1737-TW) 今 (24) 日召开股东会，会中通过 2025 年税后纯益 3.99 亿元，年增 7.63%，每股税纯益 2 元。股东会并通过每股配息 1.4 元，依今天台盐开盘价 31.65 元计算，股息现金殖利率 4.42%。
同时，台盐牙膏凭借自有国际级 GMP 厂及 MIT 制造优势，吸引品牌合作与代工洽询，下半年也将携手杏一 (4175-TW) 等专业通路推出联名新品。
台盐董事长丁彦哲表示，2025 年虽面临市场竞争加剧及消费环境变动，台盐仍缴出稳健成绩。其中，精制盐产品销售稳健成长，台塩海洋碱性离子水持续透过品牌创新扩大市场影响力，自主研发的非变性二型胶原蛋白 CollaFix 机能保健原料扩大销售日本，为整体营运挹注动能。
丁彦哲指出，面对健康、天然及机能性消费趋势崛起，台盐持续以盐、水及胶原蛋白三大事业为核心，透过产品创新、品牌升级及通路拓展，建构健康生活事业版图。未来除持续开发高附加价值产品、打造具潜力的明星商品，也将拓展店中店等复合式通路布局，并发挥自有研发与制造优势，积极发展代工业务，开创营运新契机。
在台盐盐品事业方面，近年采取差异化策略，推出多款特色及功能性盐品，除扩大食用盐外的业绩来源，也提升获利贡献。其中，盐卤去年成功掀起市场话题，带动二代新品上市，展现特色化盐品的发展潜力。今年除重点推广盐曲、天然海盐及软水盐锭等，也与波蜜公司合作推出联名海矿饮，七月底也将首度参与台湾美食展，透过体验行销推广特色盐品的多元应用，开拓新客群与商机。
在台盐包装水事业方面，台塩海洋碱性离子水稳居机能饮水领导品牌，并连续获选国庆大典及台湾灯会等国家盛事指定用水，展现品牌实力。面对激烈价格竞争，台盐坚持以品牌价值优先，透过特色瓶行销、跨界合作及客制化服务稳固市占。今年更透过联名艺术瓶推动国际布局，将台湾优质好水推向海外；下半年亦将推出新品并拓展新通路，扩大品牌影响力。
在台盐生技布局则聚焦海洋生技研发成果商品化，自主研发的非变性二型胶原蛋白 CollaFix 已连续三年吸引国际客户采购，展现台盐胶原蛋白原料的技术实力与国际竞争力。今年 7 月，导入胶原蛋白包覆技术的绿迷雅新品「奢逆时御肤活颜滋养油」将于亚洲生技大展亮相，拓展高端保养品版图。此外，台盐牙膏凭借自有国际级 GMP 厂及 MIT 制造优势，吸引品牌合作与代工洽询，下半年也将携手杏一等专业通路推出联名新品。
