Meta出租算力，AI建设见顶！这才是真实状况，Q3买点出现！？

《彭博》报导，Meta 新成立「Meta Compute」计划对外提供额外 AI 算力，创造营收来源。消息一出，Meta 一度大涨逾 10%，收盘涨 8.81%。目前市场最担心的是大型资料中心在 AI 基础建设的高额资本支出，是否能有效的资本回报，因此，Meta 贩卖算力的计划，获得投资朋友的支持。但 Meta 从 AI 算力的使用者、买家，转换成 AI 算力的卖家，又让投资朋友担忧 AI 基础建设需求是否到顶，因此昨日美国半导体与 AI 云端服务供应商都出现大跌。但投资朋友真的该担心吗？

在 6/25 的文章「外资狂砍 1774 亿！别恐慌，实体 AI 运算量将暴增 100 万倍！相关受惠股名单」里面有提到：

以「Google 搜寻」为基准，不同 AI 任务所需的运算差距如下：

AI 查询：10 倍

推理 AI：100 倍

代理 AI：1,000 倍

实体 AI：1 百万倍

目前市场刚正走向推理 AI，推理 AI 所需的算力至少是 AI 查询的 10 倍，代理 AI 又是推理 AI 的 10 倍，实体 AI 则是推理 AI 的 1000 倍。以此来看，AI 算力的市场需求还是在高速成长中。

摩根士丹利则预估 Meta 贩卖算力业务于 2028 年全年 EPS 最高可增加近 3 元，而 Meta 于 2026 年 Q1 EPS 达 10.44 元，因此，Meta 扣掉自用可出租的算力不多，只能算是 Meta 对 AI 算力的调配而并非主业，如果 Meta 要转型成专业 AI 云端服务商，甚至需要提高资本支出。

AI 基础建设需求并未转向，此期间，市场的修正都会是好的买点机会，7 月中台积电法说会；7 月底美国大型科技股财报，台积电供应链与 AI 供应链绩优股，拉回都是好买点，但期间个股与产也走势分化大，提供相关绩优股给投资朋友参考。

亚翔 (6139-TW)：在手订单水位超越 2,000 亿元。台积电、美光、世界先进厂务工程。
