美中AI分流 CRIF示警：台湾半导体恐面临一场高级进化淘汰赛

川习会后台股先低后高，表现先蹲后跳，今 (26) 日台股虽收黑，但仍站稳 4 万 3。市场普遍认为川习会面仅是领袖表演秀，结束后一切如常，对此，中华征信所（CRIF）提出警告，指出存有这种想法非常危险，并以一表解析川习会对台湾半导体供应链的深远影响。

川习会后全球经济迈入碎片化与双轨化，美中关系从全面对抗转向有限互利的双强共管。CRIF 表示，美中在 AI 晶片与经贸限制上出现局部松动，但也加速了供应链的重组，使台湾半导体的命运从技术问题彻底变成政治问题。短期内因全球对台湾晶片需求不减，商业基本面仍维持中性偏多，但长期来看，台湾正从矽盾防御力流失，走向地缘政治夹心饼干的结构性利空，未来企业合规成本将创下历史新高。

CRIF 指出，川习会后的权力格局彻底改变了过去数十年的全球化路径，全球经济面临三大结构性冲击。

首先，供应链彻底碎片化，贸易体系已转变为亲美与非美阵营的备援体系，营运逻辑从降低成本转为国家安全与供应链韧性。
其次，科技与金融出现双轨壁垒，美中在 AI 与高阶运算等领域的技术标准各自独立，迫使市场划分为美规与中规的平行生态系。
最后，东协与中南美洲等中间国家将成为转单与资本布局的最大受惠者。

针对台湾半导体产业的未来，CRIF 分析，美中 AI 的分流对台湾而言是一场高级进化淘汰赛。在商业与财报上，由于全球依然极度需要台湾的晶片产能，订单不会平白消失，属于中性偏利多。但在政治与战略上，必须小心台湾可能不再被美方视为单纯的战略伙伴，而变成美国必须积极去风险的经济负债。

根据 CRIF 研判，台湾半导体供应链不同板块受冲击的情况各有不同。在先进制程方面，以台积电 (2330-TW) 为代表，核心影响机制在于辉达产能立刻被欧美巨头瓜分，不论谁买都必须在台积电投片，因此战略定调为基本面毫无影响。

在先进封装（CPO、加热）方面，CoWoS、散热与 HBM 供应链将随辉达客户结构动态调整，属于短利多的订单转移。然而，成熟制程如联电 (2303-TW)、力积电 (6770-TW) 等，则面临中国全力转向本土代工，挤压台湾中低阶晶圆代工市场的挑战，战略定调为结构性的长线利空。

CRIF 强调，台湾半导体产业正用高度的商业弹性，将这场地缘政治危机转化为产业全面升级的转机。顶层的先进制程与 AI 伺服器代工业者，因主权 AI 崛起成功开辟新蓝海，而底层的成熟制程业者，则被迫在痛苦中加速向车用、特殊工艺与海外布局进行结构性转型。

晶片与经贸限制上出现局部松动，但也加速了供应链的重组，使台湾半导体的命运从技术问题彻底变成政治问题。短期内因全球对台湾晶片需求不减，商业基本面仍维持中性偏多，但长期来看，台湾正从矽盾防御力流失，走向地缘政治夹心饼干的结构性利空，未来企业合规成本将创下历史新高。</p>\n\n<p>CRIF 指出，川习会后的权力格局彻底改变了过去数十年的全球化路径，全球经济面临三大结构性冲击。</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>首先，供应链彻底碎片化，贸易体系已转变为亲美与非美阵营的备援体系，营运逻辑从降低成本转为国家安全与供应链韧性。</strong></li>\n<li><strong>其次，科技与金融出现双轨壁垒，美中在 AI 与高阶运算等领域的技术标准各自独立，迫使市场划分为美规与中规的平行生态系。</strong></li>\n<li><strong>最后，东协与中南美洲等中间国家将成为转单与资本布局的最大受惠者。</strong></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>针对台湾半导体产业的未来，CRIF 分析，美中 AI 的分流对台湾而言是一场高级进化淘汰赛。在商业与财报上，由于全球依然极度需要台湾的晶片产能，订单不会平白消失，属于中性偏利多。但在政治与战略上，必须小心台湾可能不再被美方视为单纯的战略伙伴，而变成美国必须积极去风险的经济负债。</p>\n\n<p>根据 CRIF 研判，台湾半导体供应链不同板块受冲击的情况各有不同。在先进制程方面，以台积电 (2330-TW) 为代表，核心影响机制在于辉达产能立刻被欧美巨头瓜分，不论谁买都必须在台积电投片，因此战略定调为基本面毫无影响。</p>\n\n<p>在先进封装（CPO、加热）方面，CoWoS、散热与 HBM 供应链将随辉达客户结构动态调整，属于短利多的订单转移。然而，成熟制程如联电 (2303-TW)、力积电 (6770-TW) 等，则面临中国全力转向本土代工，挤压台湾中低阶晶圆代工市场的挑战，战略定调为结构性的长线利空。</p>\n\n<p>CRIF 强调，台湾半导体产业正用高度的商业弹性，将这场地缘政治危机转化为产业全面升级的转机。顶层的先进制程与 AI 伺服器代工业者，因主权 AI
