台股今天开低走低，加权指数终场下跌 2953 点，收在 42671 点，跌幅 6.47%，创下台股史上最大单日跌点纪录，也失守季线与 43000 点关卡，柜买指数同步重挫，盘面呈现上市柜个股无差别下杀，超过千档股票收黑，市场情绪明显进入恐慌与多杀多阶段。台积电 (2330-TW) 收盘 2290 元，下跌 180 元，联发科 (2454-TW)、台达电(2308-TW) 等大型权值股跌幅接近 9%，联电 (2303-TW)、国巨(2327-TW)、南亚(1303-TW) 跌停，连基本面没有明显改变的厂务、设备、耗材、载板与记忆体族群也出现无差别卖压，所以今天不是哪一家公司突然出问题，而是市场进入去杠杆阶段，融资没有完全退场，短线筹码又过度集中在台积电法说会，一旦权值股转弱，就会引发停损、追缴与被动卖压。

〈台积电法说几乎没有破绽，AI 趋势依然向上〉
台积电 (2330-TW) 法说会内容，公司第二季每股纯益达 27.25 元再创新高，并将 2026 年美元营收成长目标由原先 30% 以上，上修至略高于 40%，全年资本支出也提高至 600 亿至 640 亿美元，代表公司对 AI、高效能运算与先进制程需求仍然非常有信心。第三季毛利率展望略低于部分市场预期，主因是 2 奈米制程即将进入快速量产阶段，初期良率与折旧会稀释毛利率约 3 至 4 个百分点，这是新制程量产初期正常的成本稀释，不代表订单下滑，更不是 AI 需求转弱，加上包括矽光子 COUPE 平台、先进封装与海外产能布局，进度都持续向前推进，法说会结束后，多数券商同步上调获利预估与目标价，代表法人对中长期基本面看法并没有改变。

〈现股不要盲目杀低，保留五成资金等待机会〉

跌停，连基本面没有明显改变的厂务、设备、耗材、载板与记忆体族群也出现无差别卖压，所以今天不是哪一家公司突然出问题，而是市场进入去杠杆阶段，融资没有完全退场，短线筹码又过度集中在台积电法说会，一旦权值股转弱，就会引发停损、追缴与被动卖压。\n\n〈台积电法说几乎没有破绽，AI 趋势依然向上〉 \n台积电 (2330-TW) 法说会内容，公司第二季每股纯益达 27.25 元再创新高，并将 2026 年美元营收成长目标由原先 30% 以上，上修至略高于 40%，全年资本支出也提高至 600 亿至 640 亿美元，代表公司对 AI、高效能运算与先进制程需求仍然非常有信心。第三季毛利率展望略低于部分市场预期，主因是 2 奈米制程即将进入快速量产阶段，初期良率与折旧会稀释毛利率约 3 至 4 个百分点，这是新制程量产初期正常的成本稀释，不代表订单下滑，更不是 AI 需求转弱，加上包括矽光子
