1. 台股 23 日续攻 4 万 5 千点失利，收在 44,850 点、小涨 25 点，成交量缩减至 8,925 亿元，三大法人皆站在买超，合计共买超 164 亿元，其中外资看好纬创 (3231-TW) 美国新厂开幕，大买 7.9 万张，连 4 买，买进台塑 (1301-TW) 集团三宝，投信则与外资反向操作，大买金融股布局。
2. 中央银行 23 日公布 6 月国内金融情况，一向被视为「散户风向球」的证券划拨存款余额较上月减少 802 亿元，至 4 兆 4237 亿元，终结连 2 月上升，但仍创单月次高，仅次上月，央行表示，「台湾人储蓄是蛮多的」，不过如同央行总裁杨金龙事前表态，会注意大规模资金流向股市的状况。
3. 新台币 23 日走贬压力明显缓解，几乎全日处在升值态势，终场收在 32.266 元，升值 1.09 角，台北外汇经纪公司成交值 19.47 亿美元，处近期的正常交投量能区间。
4. 创见 (2451-TW) 23 日公布第二季财报，第二季税后纯益 119 亿元，季增 46.5%；单季每股纯益为 27.70 元，单季获利表现已显著超越过往年度之全年总和。累计上半年营收达 324.4 亿元，已超越去年全年总营收近一倍；上半年每股纯益 46.63 元，双双刷新成立以来半年度历史新高纪录。
5. 货揽业者中菲行 (5609-TW) 最新指出，今年海运市场供需仍相对平衡，但 2027 至 2028 年将有大量新船交付，使全球海运市场逐步进入新的竞争周期，尤其市况变化相当大，即便是今年第四季海运能见度也有限。
6. 保瑞 (6472-TW) 23 日宣布，位于美国明尼苏达州、具大规模口服制剂产能的 Maple Grove 厂，迎来首家亚洲新药客户，与韩国第一药品旗下新药开发公司 Onconic Therapeutics 签署制造合作合约，将协助治疗胃食道逆流疾病 (GERD) 的钾离子竞争性酸抑制剂 (P-CAB) 锭剂 JAQBO 推进美国临床开发及后续商业化量产准备。
