1. 台股 27 日在电子权值股走扬，加上被动元件、记忆体喷涨，盘中最高涨至 44818.25 点再创高，终场涨 731.43 点或 1.68%，以 44256.8 点作收，同创收盘新高，成交爆出新天量 1.56 兆元。外资再加码 381.27 亿元，连 5 买，不过面板双虎呈现两样情，昨 (26) 日遭重砍的群创，今天获外资回头买超 3.1 万张，但仍大砍友达 8.8 万张。
2. 辉达 (NVDA-US) 27) 日于北士科 T17、T18 基地举办台湾员工大会，执行长黄仁勋表示，台湾是 AI 革命的中心，辉达未来在台投资与支出将持续大幅增长，从四、五年前每年约 100 亿至 150 亿美元，提升至目前每年约 1,000 亿美元，并将朝 1,500 亿美元迈进，等于成长约 10 倍。
3. 台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 近期传出拟调整员工分红比例，引发部分员工反弹，甚至出现罢工声浪。董事长魏哲家 27 日为此取消原订海外出差行程，亲自主持内部沟通会。据了解，魏哲家在会中向员工信心喊话，强调今年员工分红金额仍将维持强劲成长，增幅至少不低于去年水准 (30%)，并鼓励员工买进自家股票，直言「买台积电股票，保证未来生活无虞」。
4. 联发科 (2454-TW) 总经理暨营运长陈冠州 27 日出席 COMPUTEX 展前论坛，并以 AI 无处不在为题发表演讲，指出 AI 正从生成式 AI 快速走向 Agentic AI，未来不只云端算力持续扩张，终端装置也将全面升级为 Agentic AI 装置，重新定义产品型态与使用者体验，看好未来一至两年 Agentic AI 生态系将蓬勃发展，并透过数以亿计的 AI 终端装置，与云端基础建设形成正向循环。
5. 被动元件大厂国巨 *(2327-TW) 27 日召开股东会，董事长陈泰铭表示，将持续透过并购扩大规模、提高产品的技术层次、客制化能力与附加价值，接下来并购领域将锁定保护元件。
6. 华航 (2610-TW) 27 日召开股东常会时指出，现在空运市场非常热，「伺服器机柜 1 个重达 2 吨 (2000 公斤)，但全部都走空运」，市况已是疫后最高，华航在机队方面还有 A321neo 共 9 架明年前完成交付，787 崭新机队也将陆续投入营运，而 A350-900 启动改舱计划，乐观看待客货并进冲刺营运。
