三星电子正对台积电在晶圆代工领域的主导地位发起挑战，该公司位于美国德州的泰勒工厂将于本月底开始试生产，市场消息指该厂目前所有预定产能已被预订一空。泰勒工厂在投产前即可预见满载运转，因特斯拉、博通等科技巨头的巨额订单持续涌入。三星也正自国内合作伙伴引进设备，用于年底动工的第二座晶圆厂。泰勒厂是三星2奈米制程的核心基地，其量产被视为与台积电竞争的关键里程碑。若三星顺利量产2奈米，愈来愈多公司可能将订单自台积电分流。据悉，三星2奈米良率年初约60%，近期已提升至80%左右。目前负责的订单包括特斯
