德意志银行最新表示，规模达2.2兆美元的挪威主权财富基金近日提议调整投资策略，恐导致对日本国债的配置大幅增加。
德银外汇策略师Shreyas Gopal和George Saravelos在最新研究报告中写道：「虽然涉及的金额相对于全球固定收益市场的规模较小，但我们认为，作为全球规模最大、最成功的主权财富基金之一，其投资策略变化有力地表明，当前全球资本流动和投资组合配置正在发生缓慢但持续的转变。」
报告指出，挪威承认主权债务不再是无风险资产，并正将其美国固定收益资产配置从美债转向非主权固定收益资产。
挪威主权财富基金也正在大幅转向日本国债，进而「承认其市场规模庞大，并降低债务占GDP比重作为市场配置指标的重要性」。
对此德银认为，这种配置策略上的倾斜意味着受益最大的国家和货币是日元。
