韩国交易所(KRX)将于周一(14日)起开办股票盘后连续交易，常规9时至15时30分收盘后，16时至20时开放KOSPI与KOSDAQ绝大部分股票实时买卖，取代原先16时至18时、每10分钟集合竞价的旧制，朝「更长交易、接轨全球」迈出实质一步。

新时段涵盖约2400至2600档普通股及存托凭证，ETF、ETN及被列为投资警告、风险管理或停牌者除外。为控制波动，仅接受限价单等类型，不开市价单，并沿用个股涨跌限制与熔断等稳定机制，同时允许符合规则的卖空。
KRX预估，38家券商参与、市占率合计逾95%，并首度在盘后引进做市商，为流动性较弱标的提供报价。
此举正值南韩资本市场延时竞争升温。另类平台Nextrade(NXT)2025年3月上线，提供8时至20时、共12小时服务，初期逐步扩至800档，凭较低手续费与盘前盘后时段，数月内成交占比升至近三成，倒逼主板改革。KRX目标进一步测试欧洲时区与外资需求，并打算2027年底前加开盘前交易时段，长期朝24小时市场布局。
伦敦百达资产管理高级投资经理李永宰表示，更长交易时段提升弹性与效率，高周转散户、短线及避险基金使用意愿最高。
美银韩国股票销售主管Edward Kim则视之为「南韩资本市场持续开放、接轨全球的另一步」。AI记忆体类股带动今年韩股人气，但波动亦大；盘后能否维持深度、避免散户追消息盲目交易，将是落地后首要考验。
