国际油价周三(16日)下跌, 沙乌地阿拉伯透过阿曼增加原油装船量的消息, 缓解市场对中东供应中断进一步扩大的疑虑, 同时美国原油库存降幅小于预期, 汽油与馏分油库存反而增加, 进一步对油价构成压力。

布兰特原油 (Brent)期货下跌2.92美元, 跌幅2.7%, 收在每桶105.83美元; 美国西德州中级原油(WTI)期货下跌3.40美元, 跌幅3.2%, 收在每桶102.43美元。两大基准油价均结束连续两个交易日上涨走势。

市场焦点之一是沙乌地阿拉伯正在寻找绕开受干扰出口路线的方式。消息人士透露, 沙乌地国营石油公司沙乌地阿美(Saudi Aramco)正向亚洲炼油商提供更多原油, 并透过阿曼索哈尔港(Sohar)外海进行船对船转运, 其中包括旗舰级的Arab Light, 以及Arab Medium和Arab Heavy等原油。索哈尔港位于荷姆兹海峡之外, 因此可降低对该战略水道的直接依赖。

沙乌地阿美近期至少已两度向亚洲买家提出类似的Arab Medium及Arab Heavy装船方案。这些安排显示, 在东西管线遭到无人机攻击受损后, 沙乌地正增加将波斯湾原油运出并在荷姆兹海峡以外海域转运的能力。沙乌地阿美并未对相关消息置评。

瑞银(UBS)分析师Giovanni Staunovo表示, 沙乌地仍能从波斯湾出口原油的消息, 显示市场对供应中断可能进一步扩大的担忧正在减弱。油价前一交易日曾上涨逾3美元, 原因是航运业消息人士透露, 沙乌地红海出口枢纽延布港(Yanbu)的原油装船已暂停, 利雅德也取消部分供应欧洲客户的货物。

沙乌地东西管线是连接油田与红海延布港的重要输油设施, 在荷姆兹海峡航运受到严重干扰后, 更成为沙乌地将原油绕道出口的重要通道。该管线遭无人机攻击后, 沙乌地于周五宣布关闭, 使市场一度担心全球原油供应进一步收紧。

不过, 沙乌地正透过其他出口方式降低冲击。能源顾问公司Energy Aspects的卫星追踪资料显示, 过去一周沙乌地拉斯坦努拉(Ras Tanura)及朱艾马(Juaymah)两座波斯湾码头的每日原油装船量已增加一倍, 约达4百万桶, 相当于2艘超大型原油运输船(VLCC)的装载量。

航运数据公司Kpler的独立船舶追踪资料则显示, 周三有4艘VLCC在拉斯坦努拉装载原油, 合计运载能力达800万桶。其他波斯湾产油国也开始增加在荷姆兹海峡以外地点装载原油的安排, 并租用船舶穿越荷姆兹海峡接驳供应, 部分船舶甚至关闭追踪讯号。

沙乌地阿拉伯是全球最大原油出口国。由于荷姆兹海峡的航运受到严重限制, 延布港原本成为沙乌地重要的原油出口窗口。路透指出, 在目前的冲突之前, 荷姆兹海峡承担全球约五分之一的石油及液化天然气供应运输。

目前荷姆兹海峡的船舶通行量仍远低于正常水准。初步航运数据显示, 周二可辨识的船舶通行数仅4艘, 低于前一天的7艘, 也远低于过去10天平均18艘的水准, 显示主要能源航道的运输仍受到严重干扰。

美国库存数据则成为油价另一项压力来源。美国能源资讯署(EIA)周三公布, 截至上周美国原油库存仅减少约64万桶, 明显低于路透调查分析师预期的减少162万桶。汽油及馏分油库存则同步增加, 其中柴油库存增幅高于预期, 而分析师原先预期汽油库存将下降。

Again Capital合伙人John Kilduff表示, 库存数据对油价构成偏空讯号, 因为炼制产品库存仍能维持甚至小幅增加, 同时原油库存下降幅度趋于停滞。这显示美国成品油供应目前并未出现进一步收紧的迹象。

不过, 市场对中东局势的担忧并未消失。沙乌地战机持续攻击叶门, 受到伊朗支持的胡塞武装则向沙乌地城市发射无人机及飞弹。胡塞武装表示, 已对延布发动新一轮攻击, 使沙乌地西部能源出口设施仍面临风险。

Citi则认为, 中东局势近期进一步升级, 将继续支撑原油及炼制燃料价格。该银行预期, 在区域外交努力推动下, 荷姆兹海峡可能于2026年第4季重新开放, 但在此之前, 地缘政治风险仍可能让能源价格维持高档。

柴油市场尤其受到关注。随着中东局势升温, 柴油已成为全球石油市场最大的担忧之一, 原因是中东不仅是重要柴油供应来源, 同时也是生产柴油所需特定原油等级的重要供应地区。乌克兰对俄罗斯炼油厂的攻击也进一步压缩全球柴油供应, 推动柴油价格升至纪录高位。

欧洲柴油基准的gas oil期货周二创下历史新高, 美国超低硫柴油期货也在同日创下纪录高点。Naga.com市场分析师Frank Walbaum指出, 欧洲已失去大量来自中东的柴油与航空燃油供应, 同时东欧局势又干扰俄罗斯多座主要炼油厂的产出, 并促使莫斯科限制燃料出口。

俄罗斯政府也决定将针对燃料生产商的柴油出口限制延长至10月底, 《Vedomosti》周二晚间引述两名未具名消息人士报导称, 相关限制将继续实施。Staunovo表示, 除非中东达成和平协议或俄罗斯局势有所改善, 否则柴油价格预料仍将受到支撑。

整体而言, 沙乌地增加经阿曼转运原油的安排, 加上美国原油库存降幅小于预期, 使油价从近期高点回落。然而, 延布出口中断、荷姆兹海峡航运量低迷、沙乌地与胡塞武装冲突升温, 以及全球柴油供应紧张等因素仍使能源市场面临高度不确定性, 后续油价仍将取决于中东供应恢复速度与地缘政治局势发展。

Tanura)及朱艾马(Juaymah)两座波斯湾码头的每日原油装船量已增加一倍, 约达4百万桶, 相当于2艘超大型原油运输船(VLCC)的装载量。\n\n航运数据公司Kpler的独立船舶追踪资料则显示, 周三有4艘VLCC在拉斯坦努拉装载原油, 合计运载能力达800万桶。其他波斯湾产油国也开始增加在荷姆兹海峡以外地点装载原油的安排, 并租用船舶穿越荷姆兹海峡接驳供应, 部分船舶甚至关闭追踪讯号。\n\n沙乌地阿拉伯是全球最大原油出口国。由于荷姆兹海峡的航运受到严重限制, 延布港原本成为沙乌地重要的原油出口窗口。路透指出, 在目前的冲突之前, 荷姆兹海峡承担全球约五分之一的石油及液化天然气供应运输。\n\n目前荷姆兹海峡的船舶通行量仍远低于正常水准。初步航运数据显示, 周二可辨识的船舶通行数仅4艘, 低于前一天的7艘, 也远低于过去10天平均18艘的水准, 显示主要能源航道的运输仍受到严重干扰。\n\n美国库存数据则成为油价另一项压力来源。美国能源资讯署(EIA)周三公布, 截至上周美国原油库存仅减少约64万桶, 明显低于路透调查分析师预期的减少162万桶。汽油及馏分油库存则同步增加, 其中柴油库存增幅高于预期, 而分析师原先预期汽油库存将下降。\n\nAgain Capital合伙人John Kilduff表示, 库存数据对油价构成偏空讯号, 推动柴油价格升至纪录高位。\n\n欧洲柴油基准的gas oil期货周二创下历史新高, 美国超低硫柴油期货也在同日创下纪录高点。Naga.com市场分析师Frank Walbaum指出, 欧洲已失去大量来自中东的柴油与航空燃油供应, 同时东欧局势又干扰俄罗斯多座主要炼油厂的产出, 并促使莫斯科限制燃料出口。\n\n俄罗斯政府也决定将针对燃料生产商的柴油出口限制延长至10月底, 《Vedomosti》周二晚间引述两名未具名消息人士报导称, 相关限制将继续实施。Staunovo表示, 除非中东达成和平协议或俄罗斯局势有所改善, 否则柴油价格预料仍将受到支撑。\n\n整体而言, 沙乌地增加经阿曼转运原油的安排, 加上美国原油库存降幅小于预期, 使油价从近期高点回落。然而, 延布出口中断、荷姆兹海峡航运量低迷、沙乌地与胡塞武装冲突升温,
