知情人士透露，川普政府正在考虑一项旨在推广在海外使用美元计价稳定币的计划，以巩固美元的全球储备资产地位。
据《彭博》24日（周四）报导，消息人士表示，稳定币项目是美国政府考虑通过与私营企业组建合资企业来支持的领域。
该项目可能涉及多个联邦机关，包括财政部和国务院。另有知情人士指出，美国国际开发金融公司（DFC）也可能参与其中。
DFC通常与私营部门实体合作，以推进美国外交政策目标，该机构由阿波罗全球管理公司（Apollo Global Management）共同创始人Leon Black之子Ben Black负责监管。
稳定币是一种通常与传统货币挂钩的数位资产；随着金融机构采用此类资产，其受欢迎程度日益提高，且目前流通的绝大多数稳定币都与美元挂钩。
去年美国总统川普签署的《GENIUS法案》，确立了针对稳定币的联邦监管框架，要求发行方持有美元、短期国债等储备资产。
美国财政部部长贝森特也曾表示，稳定币的发展有望增强美元作为全球储备货币的作用。
