中国制造业活动自6月以来首次恢复扩张，随着政策制定者推出新措施支持经济发展，为第三季画下了亮眼句点。
中国国家统计局周三（30日）公布的数据显示，9月官方制造业采购经理人指数（PMI）为 50.1，高于8月的 49.8，符合经济学家预测。
涵盖建筑业与服务业的非制造业活动指数意外重返扩张区间，达到 50.2。指数高于 50 即代表产业活动扩张。
这些数据是在中国政府启动两年来最大规模刺激方案数小时后公布；在上季经济成长速度降至 4.5% 至 5% 的年度目标区间以下后，此举大幅提升中国实现全年成长目标的可能性。
尽管出口表现具韧性，且人工智慧（AI）带动工业利润成长，中国经济仍持续承压。消费成长已放缓至接近零的水准，企业信心依然低迷，投资亦持续萎缩。
即便如此，在美中两国同意将贸易休战期限延长两个月、减少了短期贸易不确定性之后，中国的外部环境已适度转好。
