〈纽约汇市〉美元持平升息预期降温、美债抛售与油价上涨多空交织

美元周二(18日)大致持平，市场对联准会(Fed)利率政策的预期转向宽松，加上美国公债大幅抛售情况有所缓解，但华府与德黑兰在中东问题上的僵局持续，抵销了上述因素。

纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)略高于平盘，报99.66。前一个交易日曾跌至99.29，为两个多月来新低。

对外汇市场投资人而言，利率仍是市场关注核心。美国公债周二遭到大幅抛售，并蔓延至全球固定收益市场。其中，长天期30年期美国公债殖利率尤其受到关注，盘中一度升至 5.335%，创下2007年6月以来最高。30年期殖利率随后回吐部分涨幅并转跌，最新下跌2.6个基点至5.284%。

此次债券抛售发生之际，上周公布的美国消费者物价与生产者物价数据其实都相对温和。但受到中东僵局影响，油价持续上涨所带来的通膨担忧抵销了疲弱的经济数据。同时，大型科技企业为了筹措资金建设AI基础设施而大量发行公司债，也进一步加深市场对债务的担忧。

长天期美国公债殖利率所承受压力，比短天期殖利率更加明显，因长天期债券的存续期间较长，因此对利率变化更加敏感。

交易员现在将把目光转向周三公布的联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)7月会议纪要，盼从中寻找更多有关货币政策前景的线索。

布鲁金斯学会资深研究员Robin Brooks表示，「自7月29日上次联准会会议以来，美国殖利率曲线出现非常明显的『熊市陡峭化』(bear-steepening)。这也推高了世界各地的长期殖利率。近期油价突然上涨也发挥了作用。债券不喜欢不稳定，而这再次提醒我们，波斯湾的战争完全没有解决。」

油价延续涨势布油一度突破92美元

谈到波斯湾局势，油价周二延续本周涨势。布兰特原油(Brent)期货上涨0.2%至每桶91.02美元，盘中一度突破92美元。

油价上涨之际，美国与伊朗仍在荷姆兹海峡(Strait of Hormuz)问题上陷入僵局，双方持续各自宣称掌控这条重要航道。美国总统川普周一告诉记者，美国目前对伊朗港口实施的海军封锁，使华盛顿取得对荷姆兹海峡的控制权。

川普周二在Truth Social上表示，「目前与伊朗伊斯兰共和国没有进行任何谈判或对话，也没有安排任何谈判。海军封锁仍全面实施。荷姆兹海峡已开放并正常运作。所有水雷都已被清除或引爆。」

伊朗也否认正在与美国进行谈判，反而要求华盛顿先满足一些条件，例如停止各战线的敌对行动，以及解冻伊朗遭冻结的资产，之后才会重新开放荷姆兹海峡。

另一方面，伊朗也正与阿曼合作制定荷姆兹海峡的管理架构。川普周一则警告，如果阿曼干涉美国与德黑兰达成协议的努力，可能会对阿曼采取军事行动。

日元进一步回吐干预后涨幅逼近160关卡

日元继续走弱，美元兑日元上涨0.1%，至159.61。

日元目前已经回吐约一半涨幅。此前在7月底，华盛顿与东京进行历史性的联合干预后，日元曾大幅升值。

如今日元再次逼近160的关键关卡。这个水准过去曾多次触发日本政府的外汇干预。

尽管日本央行(BoJ)已释放讯号，暗示最快可能在9月加快升息步伐，但受到两年期公债殖利率差异及市场持续存在的利差交易需求影响，日元仍持续向160这个重要关卡靠近。

其他主要货币方面，欧元兑美元小幅下跌至1.1576美元。

英镑兑美元下跌0.1%，至1.3535美元。

auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)略高于平盘，报99.66。前一个交易日曾跌至99.29，为两个多月来新低。\n\n对外汇市场投资人而言，利率仍是市场关注核心。美国公债周二遭到大幅抛售，并蔓延至全球固定收益市场。其中，长天期30年期美国公债殖利率尤其受到关注，盘中一度升至 5.335%，创下2007年6月以来最高。30年期殖利率随后回吐部分涨幅并转跌，最新下跌2.6个基点至5.284%。\n\n此次债券抛售发生之际，上周公布的美国消费者物价与生产者物价数据其实都相对温和。但受到中东僵局影响，油价持续上涨所带来的通膨担忧抵销了疲弱的经济数据。同时，大型科技企业为了筹措资金建设AI基础设施而大量发行公司债，也进一步加深市场对债务的担忧。\n\n长天期美国公债殖利率所承受压力，比短天期殖利率更加明显，因长天期债券的存续期间较长，因此对利率变化更加敏感。\n\n交易员现在将把目光转向周三公布的联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)7月会议纪要，盼从中寻找更多有关货币政策前景的线索。\n\n布鲁金斯学会资深研究员Robin Brooks表示，「自7月29日上次联准会会议以来，美国殖利率曲线出现非常明显的『熊市陡峭化』(bear-steepening)。这也推高了世界各地的长期殖利率。近期油价突然上涨也发挥了作用。债券不喜欢不稳定，而这再次提醒我们，波斯湾的战争完全没有解决。」\n\n油价延续涨势布油一度突破92美元\n\n谈到波斯湾局势，油价周二延续本周涨势。布兰特原油(Brent)期货上涨0.2%至每桶91.02美元，盘中一度突破92美元。\n\n油价上涨之际，美国与伊朗仍在荷姆兹海峡(Strait of Hormuz)问题上陷入僵局，双方持续各自宣称掌控这条重要航道。美国总统川普周一告诉记者，美国目前对伊朗港口实施的海军封锁，使华盛顿取得对荷姆兹海峡的控制权。\n\n川普周二在Truth Social上表示，「目前与伊朗伊斯兰共和国没有进行任何谈判或对话，也没有安排任何谈判。海军封锁仍全面实施。荷姆兹海峡已开放并正常运作。所有水雷都已被清除或引爆。」\n\n伊朗也否认正在与美国进行谈判，反而要求华盛顿先满足一些条件，例如停止各战线的敌对行动，以及解冻伊朗遭冻结的资产，之后才会重新开放荷姆兹海峡。\n\n另一方面，伊朗也正与阿曼合作制定荷姆兹海峡的管理架构。川普周一则警告，如果阿曼干涉美国与德黑兰达成协议的努力，可能会对阿曼采取军事行动。\n\n日元进一步回吐干预后涨幅逼近160关卡\n\n日元继续走弱，美元兑日元上涨0.1%，至159.61。\n\n日元目前已经回吐约一半涨幅。此前在7月底，华盛顿与东京进行历史性的联合干预后，日元曾大幅升值。\n\n如今日元再次逼近160的关键关卡。这个水准过去曾多次触发日本政府的外汇干预。\n\n尽管日本央行(BoJ)已释放讯号，暗示最快可能在9月加快升息步伐，但受到两年期公债殖利率差异及市场持续存在的利差交易需求影响，日元仍持续向160这个重要关卡靠近。\n\n其他主要货币方面，欧元兑美元小幅下跌至1.1576美元。\n\n英镑兑美元下跌0.1%，至1.3535美元。\n\n截至台湾时间周三
