〈纽约汇市〉美元创四周来最大单日跌幅 Fed维持利率不变

美元周三 (29 日) 创下近四周来最大单日跌幅，美国联准会 (Fed) 宣布维持利率不变后，市场对央行可能意外收紧货币政策的担忧消退。

纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数 (DXY) 下跌 0.5%，报 100.89。

联邦公开市场委员会 (FOMC) 决定将联邦基金利率维持在 3.50% 至 3.75%，这也是连续第五次会议维持利率不变。

虽然市场大多预期央行将按兵不动，但因近期油价剧烈波动推升通膨风险，市场认为此次升息的可能性高于近期的历史水准。

Fed 按兵不动但决策出现分歧

委员会对货币政策前景仍存在分歧，克里夫兰联准银行总裁哈玛克 (Beth Hammack)、明尼阿波利斯联准银行总裁卡什卡里 (Neel Kashkari)，以及达拉斯联准银行总裁萝根 (Lorie Logan)，皆投票支持升息 1 码。

KPMG 经济学家 Diane Swonk 表示，「反对票很少是凭空出现的。它们通常也反映了那些当次没有投票权的官员，或是联准会理事会中对公开表达异议较为谨慎的成员的看法。」

她指出，「联准会内部核心鹰派势力近几个月来不仅态度更加坚定，规模也持续扩大，如今甚至包括理事会成员。若反对票来自理事会成员，其代表的意义更重大。他们通常会等到认为已经非表态不可时才会投下反对票。如果通膨持续偏高，那些目前倾向升息的官员，到了 9 月可能就不会像现在这么宽松。」

在利率决议后的记者会上，联准会主席华许 (Kevin Warsh) 表示，FOMC 进行了一场「精彩的家庭辩论」，讨论相当积极且深入。

他指出，讨论主要围绕四个主题：持续偏高的通膨、近期经济冲击及这些冲击所带来的物价压力，还有货币政策工具应如何因应。

华许指出，6 月通膨数据转弱，对这次利率决策的影响「并不大」。

值得注意的是，近期美国公债殖利率持续走高，实际上已发挥类似升息的效果，殖利率上升通常代表企业与消费者的借贷成本提高。

自联准会 6 月会议以来，美国 10 年期公债殖利率已上升超过 14 个基点。

华许表示，自上次会议以来，美国公债市场无论是名目殖利率还是实质殖利率的上升幅度，都是过去 20 年来最显著一波，约位居历史前十分之一水准。他认为，美债殖利率上升反映的是美国经济成长依然稳健、企业资本支出强劲、生产力提升及劳动市场持续稳健。

美国称拦截伊朗「突袭」飞弹

除了联准会动向外，中东局势也是市场焦点。国际油价周三结束连续一周跌势并大幅上涨，因美伊之间短暂缓和局势再度升温。

美军表示，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队 (IRGC) 试图对驻中东美军发动突袭式飞弹攻击。

美国总统川普随后接受《福斯新闻》采访时表示，美军只有短短几分钟时间拦截来袭飞弹，并称华府将会「强力回击」。

另一方面，美军也表示，美国与沙乌地阿拉伯军方已在伊拉克对伊朗支持的代理武装组织发动精准打击。美方称，这些武装组织受 IRGC 指挥，计划攻击美军与沙乌地阿拉伯的能源设施。

美元走弱带动欧元、英镑走升

美元下跌也带动其他主要货币走强。

欧元兑美元上涨 0.7%，至 1.1462 美元。

英镑兑美元上涨 0.6%，至 1.3361 美元。市场接下来将关注英国央行 (BoE) 周四公布的利率决议。

日元持续走强，在最近六个交易日中第四度升值，美元兑日元下跌 0.3%，至 163.41。

澳币兑美元下跌 0.3%，至 0.6953 美元。澳洲政府稍早公布数据显示，6 月消费者物价指数 (CPI) 年增率为 3.8%，低于 5 月的 4.0%，核心通膨年增率维持 3.6% 不变。

style=\"width:50%;height:auto;border-radius:6px;margin:15px auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数 (DXY) 下跌 0.5%，报 100.89。\n\n联邦公开市场委员会 (FOMC) 决定将联邦基金利率维持在 3.50% 至 3.75%，这也是连续第五次会议维持利率不变。\n\n虽然市场大多预期央行将按兵不动，但因近期油价剧烈波动推升通膨风险，市场认为此次升息的可能性高于近期的历史水准。\n\nFed 按兵不动但决策出现分歧\n\n委员会对货币政策前景仍存在分歧，克里夫兰联准银行总裁哈玛克 (Beth Hammack)、明尼阿波利斯联准银行总裁卡什卡里 (Neel Kashkari)，以及达拉斯联准银行总裁萝根 (Lorie Logan)，皆投票支持升息 1 码。\n\nKPMG 经济学家 Diane Swonk 月可能就不会像现在这么宽松。」\n\n在利率决议后的记者会上，联准会主席华许 (Kevin Warsh) 表示，FOMC 进行了一场「精彩的家庭辩论」，讨论相当积极且深入。\n\n他指出，讨论主要围绕四个主题：持续偏高的通膨、近期经济冲击及这些冲击所带来的物价压力，还有货币政策工具应如何因应。\n\n华许指出，6 月通膨数据转弱，对这次利率决策的影响「并不大」。\n\n值得注意的是，近期美国公债殖利率持续走高，实际上已发挥类似升息的效果，殖利率上升通常代表企业与消费者的借贷成本提高。\n\n自联准会 6 月会议以来，美国 10 年期公债殖利率已上升超过 14 个基点。\n\n华许表示，自上次会议以来，美国公债市场无论是名目殖利率还是实质殖利率的上升幅度，都是过去 20 年来最显著一波，约位居历史前十分之一水准。他认为，美债殖利率上升反映的是美国经济成长依然稳健、企业资本支出强劲、生产力提升及劳动市场持续稳健。\n\n美国称拦截伊朗「突袭」飞弹\n\n除了联准会动向外，中东局势也是市场焦点。国际油价周三结束连续一周跌势并大幅上涨，因美伊之间短暂缓和局势再度升温。\n\n美军表示，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队 (IRGC) 试图对驻中东美军发动突袭式飞弹攻击。\n\n美国总统川普随后接受《福斯新闻》采访时表示，美军只有短短几分钟时间拦截来袭飞弹，并称华府将会「强力回击」。\n\n另一方面，美军也表示，美国与沙乌地阿拉伯军方已在伊拉克对伊朗支持的代理武装组织发动精准打击。美方称，这些武装组织受 IRGC 指挥，计划攻击美军与沙乌地阿拉伯的能源设施。\n\n美元走弱带动欧元、英镑走升\n\n美元下跌也带动其他主要货币走强。\n\n欧元兑美元上涨 0.7%，至 1.1462 美元。\n\n英镑兑美元上涨 0.6%，至 1.3361 美元。市场接下来将关注英国央行 (BoE) 周四公布的利率决议。\n\n日元持续走强，在最近六个交易日中第四度升值，美元兑日元下跌 0.3%，至
