〈财报〉AWS爆发式成长助攻亚马逊Q2获利翻逾3倍盘后飙涨9%

亚马逊 (Amazon)(AMZN-US) 公布 2026 年第二季财报，受惠于云端运算、广告及 AI 业务持续高速成长，营收与获利全面优于市场预期，其中 Amazon Web Services(AWS) 营收创下 2021 年以来最快增速，带动盘后股价一度大涨超过 9%。

根据财报，亚马逊第二季营收达 2,006.1 亿美元，高于 LSEG 调查分析师预估的 1,964.7 亿美元；每股盈余 (EPS)5.75 美元，也远优于市场预估的 1.82 美元。

第二季净利达 626 亿美元，年增超过 243%，远高于去年同期的 182 亿美元；每股盈余也由去年同期的 1.68 美元大幅提升至 5.75 美元。公司指出，本季净利包含来自 AI 新创 Anthropic 投资所带来的 534 亿美元税前收益，是获利大幅成长的重要原因。

市场最关注的 AWS 业务表现同样亮眼。第二季 AWS 营收达 422 亿美元，高于 StreetAccount 统计的 405.4 亿美元预估值，年增 37%，不仅高于华尔街预估的 31%，更创下自 2021 年以来最快成长速度。

相较之下，竞争对手 Alphabet(GOOGL-US) 日前公布 Google Cloud 营收年增 82%，微软 (MSFT-US)Azure 云端业务则于最近一季成长 43%，显示 AI 需求持续带动全球大型云端服务供应商同步受惠。

亚马逊执行长 Andy Jassy 在财报中表示，AWS 目前正处于「蓬勃发展 (booming)」阶段，尤其 AI 服务与自研晶片业务成长快速。其中，包括 Trainium 及 Graviton 在内的自研 AI 晶片，以及企业 AI 平台 Bedrock 等产品，目前年化营收 (run rate) 均已突破 250 亿美元，成为 AWS 新的重要成长引擎。

Jassy 指出，企业对 AI 基础设施需求仍持续快速增加，因此亚马逊必须持续投入大量资本支出，以满足未来需求。

第二季资本支出 (capex) 达 542 亿美元，较去年同期 321 亿美元大幅增加约 69%，反映公司持续扩建 AI 资料中心及云端基础设施。

受到庞大 AI 投资影响，亚马逊过去 12 个月自由现金流 (Free Cash Flow) 由去年同期净流入 182 亿美元，转为净流出 76 亿美元。

Jassy 于法说会表示，目前 AWS 尚未履约的合约订单 (backlog) 已达 4,960 亿美元，创下新高，也显示企业 AI 需求仍远超目前供应能力，因此公司仍将持续扩充基础设施，以消化未来订单。

除 AWS 外，亚马逊广告业务同样维持稳健成长。第二季广告营收 198.1 亿美元，高于市场预估的 194.3 亿美元，持续稳居全球第三大数位广告平台。

零售业务方面，第二季北美营收年增 16% 至 1,162 亿美元，部分受惠于今年 Prime Day 首度提前至 6 月举办。

亚马逊表示，今年 Prime Day 提前举行，使第三季面临较高比较基期，因此预估第三季营收介于 1,970 亿至 2,020 亿美元，低于 LSEG 市场预估的 2,041 亿美元。

公司指出，若排除今年与去年 Prime Day 档期调整因素，2026 年第三季营收成长率将可提高近 400 个基点，显示财测保守主要来自认列时点改变，而非需求放缓。

Adobe(ADBE-US) 先前公布的数据显示，今年 Prime Day 活动期间，美国整体电商销售额年增 9%，达 264 亿美元，反映消费需求依旧稳健。

亚马逊预估第三季营业利益将介于 225 亿至 265 亿美元，中值约 245 亿美元，接近 StreetAccount 预估的 249.2 亿美元。

除核心业务外，亚马逊亦持续布局医疗健康市场。公司表示，第二季 Amazon Pharmacy 新增客户数较去年同期增加超过一倍，当日处方药配送量更成长近 5 倍。Amazon Pharmacy 自 2020 年推出以来，一直是亚马逊拓展医疗保健版图的重要策略，但公司尚未公布具体用户规模。

整体而言，市场认为亚马逊持续以庞大资本支出换取 AI 基础建设与云端市场领先地位，虽然短期压缩自由现金流，但 AWS 高速成长、自研 AI 晶片快速放量及庞大的未履约订单，显示 AI 投资已开始逐步转化为实际营收与获利，成为支撑公司中长期成长的重要动能。
