别只看联发科！辉达引爆5倍AI革命，「这些股」将成9月下一匹黑马

辉达(NVDA-US)跟联发科(2454-TW)本周刚丢出一颗震撼弹：辉达砸35亿美元认购联发科海外可转债，双方合作从边缘AI、PC、车用，正式扩到云端AI基础建设。联发科将采用辉达的NVLink Fusion平台，帮超大规模云端业者开发客制化XPU，直接接入辉达的机柜级AI工厂。

这代表什么？算力开始从云端「扩散」到边缘。你的手机、笔电、甚至路上的电动车，未来都会拥有自己专属的「AI微型发电机」。

如果以前云端AI的市场规模是1，那边缘AI全面开花后，整体规模直接放大到5倍。当市场从「少数超大资料中心」变成「数十亿台终端装置」，台股AI零组件的估值逻辑，当然不能再用旧的本益比去套。而联发科直接跳空涨停，就是市场对这件事的即时投票。

更震撼的数据还在后头。根据产业前瞻预估，未来的AI推论量在五年内将狂飙500倍，2029年的系统算力更上看2024年的50倍！当先进封装电晶体突破一兆颗，伴随3D堆叠与HBM技术的全面升级，系统价值全面引爆。台积电(2330-TW)的CoWoS产能效益持续续扬，甚至未来几年要推向10倍、14倍以上的超大光罩封装，整合多达24个HBM。

当晶片效能越做越大、越来越强，随之而来的发热量和传输速度就成了迫切需要解决的生死关头。这也让「电力、散热与高速网路」直接跃升为第四季到明年的超级大主流，这不是题材炒作，而是确定要量产落地的硬需求！

双鸿（3324-TW）：水冷与气冷系统核心。AI晶片功耗攀升推升高毛利水冷板渗透率，获利随出货占比提升迎来爆发。

联钧（3450-TW）：细光子与光通讯封装指标。受惠AI高速传输需求，高阶封装技术利基明确，订单动能强，营收随产能翻倍成长。

建准（2421-TW）：全球散热风扇领导厂。高阶风扇广泛应用于AI伺服器，架构升级带动单价与毛利率提升，获利随拉货动能展现高成长。

投信重仓锁码组
华星光（4979-TW）：光收发模组与CPO先锋。受惠美系客户高阶光通讯升级，订单动能远超预期，产能翻倍成长，营收将随新产能持续创高。

富世达（6805-TW）：投信与大户双重锁码。高精密转轴利基极强，筹码结构优异，中长线受惠折叠机爆发潜力可期。

大户卡位组
波若威（3163-TW）：光通讯元件大厂。在AI驱动的CPO趋势下，光分路器出货畅旺，受惠网通基建与AI资料中心升级，中长线获利能见度高。

瀚荃（8103-TW）：专业连接器厂。切入绿能、车用与伺服器高值化市场，伺服器电源连接器具利基地位，随伺服器回温获利稳健向上。

金居（8358-TW）：高阶PCB铜箔大厂，AI「电、光、热」核心成员。高频高速铜箔打入美系AI伺服器载板，技术门槛高，长线成长性佳。

环宇-KY（4991-TW）：射频与光电晶圆代工。提供CPO矽光子所需元件，随AI资料中心高速传输需求爆发，代工订单翻倍，转机与获利弹性强。

台表科（6278-TW）：全球SMT表面贴装领导厂。提供PCB承载组装关键服务，大户低档积极锁码，受惠AI伺服器需求旺，获利能力持续向上。
