〈SEMICON〉立碁1.6T光模组已送出验证董座童义兴：明年下半年迎营收贡献

光电封装厂立碁(8111-TW)参展2026年半导体展，董事长童义兴表示，公司跨足光通讯与矽光子领域，原型样品已经完成产出，目前正导入量产设备与测试流程。整体设备预计于今年底至明年第一季陆续到位，若送样认证进展顺利，明年下半年将会看到较为明显的营收贡献。
在产品规格与市场定位方面，童义兴指出，公司以单通道200G技术为基础，主力送样与切入规格为1.6T，同时也涵盖过渡期的800G产品。未来规划提供从光引擎到光收发模组的完整方案，随着后续量产规模建立，毛利率预期将维持在40%以上的高水准。
针对全球市场布局，童义兴说明，当前国际晶片大厂积极寻求台湾供应链合作，公司送样对象涵盖伺服器厂与多家潜在客户。因应产业竞合生态与去中化趋势，公司自研模组设计，并携手荷兰合作伙伴PHIX与经济部产发署专案团队，预计11月前往荷兰PIC展发表研发成果。
生产产能与资本支出规划方面，童义兴透露，目前树林厂五楼已建置约300坪的Class 1000无尘室，初期产能规划约为数十K。因应未来量产订单需求，明年预计在台湾启动建厂计划，整体投资规模预估达20亿元，届时也将评估透过现增、可转债或引进上下游策略投资人等管道分批募资。
谈及短期营运表现，童义兴表示，今年受到记忆体缺料影响，消费性LED出货承压，但公司透过承接储能系统、太阳能统包工程及外岛基础设施标案，相关标案营收将于第四季认列。同时，应用于高阶监视器与车载的500万至800万画素红外线光模组也将陆续挹注，有效支撑营运平稳推进。
