1.台股2日终场收最低46164.72点，下跌784点，跌破5日线，守住46000点大关，成交量9183.93亿元；其中外资由买转卖，卖超913.55亿元，主要卖超00981A主动统一台股增长 5.1万张，卖超联电4.5万张，并减码台积电近1.2万张。同时，外资也在台指期货反手作空，净空单大增6623口。

2.美国与伊朗军事冲突再次升温，推升国际油价走扬，市场避险情绪顺势带动美元走强。台北股汇2日连袂走弱，在外资热钱加速撤出下，新台币兑美元一度掼破 31.8 元关卡，终场贬势收敛，收在 31.728 元、贬值 9.5 分，为逾 1 周新低。台北及元太外汇市场总成交值放大至 37.48 亿美元。

3.Google(GOOG-US)此次参与SEMICON记忆体高峰论坛，供应链基础架构资深总监Nikhil Cherian指出，DRAM供给相当紧张，Google已开始把退役伺服器中的DDR4重新回收利用，让DDR4整合进最新世代的AI伺服器中，更坦言即便这样还是不够，呼吁记忆体厂必须快速扩产。业界解读，此举不仅验证DDR4及整体DRAM缺口非同小可，更可让DDR4拥有更长的生命周期。

4.证交所及柜买中心2日公告新增处置股，包括股价超过千金的光学股大立光(3008-TW)、散热股双鸿(3324-TW)以及光通讯股联钧(3450-TW)及前鼎(4908-TW)，处置时间从明(3)日起开始，除了联钧处置期至9月11日共7日之外，其余3档将关至9月9月，分盘交易均为2分钟撮合一次。

5. AI需求持续高速成长，半导体供应链面临前所未见的扩产压力。台积电(2330-TW)(TSM-US)资深副总经理暨副共同营运长侯永清2日表示，AI需求不只是规模庞大，更大的挑战在于需求变化速度远超过去产业经验，以台积电设备需求为例，去年底预估今年所需设备量若以1倍计算，仅一季后就提高至1.5倍，至今年7月更已达1.9倍，等同短短半年需求接近翻倍，整个半导体生态系都必须重新思考如何因应。

6.鸿海(2317-TW)董事长刘扬伟2日出席半导体展大师论坛表示，从系统整合商角度来看，这波AI产业需求不仅「快」，规模更是「非常、非常地庞大」，因此供应链业者都面临扩产压力，但同时也担心未来这些扩充的产能是否能够回收，这是许多供应链业者都有的共同顾虑。
