美光(MU-US)台湾与台湾美光记忆体工会于昨日举行首次调解会议，美光今(19)日表示，双方进行有建设性且助于推进沟通的讨论，并同意于 10 月 22 日举行第二次调解会议。双方感谢中部科学园区管理局(CTSP)及调解委员会在本次调解过程中所提供的协助与支持。
美光劳资双方在此次会议中，就多项议题进行讨论，包括整体奖酬与奖金制度架构、禁搭便车(No Free Rider)议题，以及禁止秋后算账(Non-Retaliation)等。
有关最后一项，美光再次重申公司的承诺，正如《美光全球团队成员手册》中所载明，团队成员有权在不必担心遭受报复的情况下，和平集会、自由结社、成立及加入其自行选择的工会或劳工组织，并寻求集体协商或其他形式的代表权。
双方将持续秉持相互尊重的精神，透过正向、务实的沟通，支持员工、服务客户，并共同促进公司的持续成功。
