《价值型投资最新产业研究报告》华新科 (2492-TW) 8月营收续创高，村田调整产能打开转单空间

华新科 (2492-TW)8月营收再往上走，单月达45.69亿元，月增2.8%、年增45.54%，创94个月新高。前八月累计营收299.41亿元，年增22.1%。7月营收明显跳升后，8月仍能续增，显示订单已持续转成实际出货，也让这次研究重点从先前的订单出货比，推进到供给结构与转单变化。

华新科 (2492-TW)的产品组合以积层陶瓷电容为主，占营收约42%；晶片电阻约22%，射频元件约17%，其余为圆板电容等产品。这套产品线横跨伺服器、网通、车用、工业与消费电子。人工智慧伺服器拉高高容值、耐高温与小尺寸料号需求，成熟产品则受到日韩厂重新分配产能影响，华新科 (2492-TW)同时站在高阶需求成长与成熟料号转单两条路径上。

公司订单能见度已到年底，部分产品延伸至明年，订单出货比由前一季约1.4升至1.8。人工智慧伺服器使用的积层陶瓷电容数量远高于一般伺服器，规格也更集中在小尺寸、高容值与耐高温产品。这些料号会消耗更多有效产能，高阶产线吃紧后，原本供应消费与车用市场的产能也会被间接排挤。

近期村田调整部分积层陶瓷电容产品线，涵盖若干消费与车用成熟料号，资源转向附加价值较高的人工智慧产品。相关料号仍有一段转换期，影响却已提前反映在客户重新认证与寻找第二供应商。华新科 (2492-TW)具备积层陶瓷电容和晶片电阻的完整产能，产品又已进入多种终端应用，承接成熟料号转单的条件比单一产品厂商完整。

中国积层陶瓷电容市场近期出现新的分工。人工智慧造成日韩厂缩减部分消费规产能，国际笔电品牌与代工厂加快验证中国记忆体及被动元件供应商，中国厂在中低阶料号的接单空间扩大；高阶伺服器产品仍仰赖日韩厂的技术与良率。华新科 (2492-TW)在东莞大朗设有生产基地，能贴近中国客户，又可用台湾与马来西亚产能服务全球供应链，这种跨区配置有利于接住重新分配的订单。

供给重新配置也让报价环境转强。产业资料显示，日韩大厂已陆续调整第四季价格，台湾与中国供应商的部分积层陶瓷电容报价也开始上移。原料、人力与扩产成本同步增加，华新科 (2492-TW)已表达调价方向，后续要观察通路端涨价能否扩散到直接客户，以及高阶料号的产品组合改善能否持续反映在营收。

华新科 (2492-TW)今年资本支出提高到30至40亿元，今、明两年规画各增加约10%产能。晶片电阻扩产集中在马来西亚与东莞大朗，积层陶瓷电容以高雄和大朗为主，两地产能利用率已在高档。公司先备妥厂房空间，再导入设备与认证，可缩短新增产能开出的时间，承接人工智慧规格与成熟料号转单。

8月营收续创波段高点，配合村田调整成熟料号、日韩厂转向人工智慧产品，华新科 (2492-TW)的成长来源比8月初更清楚。研究重点放在月营收能否维持高档、订单出货比与能见度、直接客户的调价进度、中国市场转单，以及高雄、大朗和马来西亚新产能的量产节奏。这些指标只要接续落实，营运仍有向上延伸的空间。
