台股高息ETF今年绩效前五强出列！00929稳居冠 00878、00939后来居上

台股今年上演狂飙的「疯狗浪」行情，站上 4 万 8 大关，在全球 AI 算力需求爆发与半导体供应链升级潮带动下，不只大盘屡创新高，就连高股息 ETF 也缴出亮眼绩效。统计至 2026 年 9 月 25 日，今年以来高股息 ETF 绩效前五强全数冲破 66%，其中复华台湾科技优息(00929-TW)更以 74.16% 的今年以来绩效勇夺冠军宝座，国泰永续高股息(00878-TW)后来居上登第二名，统一台湾高息动能(00939-TW)为第三，今年来绩效双双超越 7 成。
根据 CMoney 统计至 2026/9/25，今年以来高股息 ETF 绩效前五强依序为：复华台湾科技优息(00929-TW)以 74.16% 居冠，收盘价 29.18 元；国泰永续高股息(00878-TW)以 72.67% 紧追在后，收盘价 34.88 元；统一台湾高息动能(00939-TW)绩效 71.51%，收盘价 24.13 元；大华优利高填息30(00918-TW)绩效 68.66%，收盘价 33.98 元；群益科技高息成长(00946-TW)则以 66.44% 绩效位居第五，收盘价 15.3 元。
00929 能在强敌环伺下稳居第一，核心在于其 100% 科技纯度与精准卡位黑马飙股。00929 在关键时间点升级指数规则，将成分股重仓于半导体通路双雄(如文晔、大联大)与中小型 AI 零组件供应链。
由于今年台股主轴完全由科技龙头与 AI 供应链带领，00929 在完全没有传统产业与低成长板块拖累的情况下，发挥极强的进攻弹性。此外，其月配息金额随净值大幅成长而阶梯式调升，加上强劲的填息效率，形成「净值拉升→资本利得配息增加→吸引资金回流」的正向循环。
针对后市展望，统一台湾高息动能ETF经理人林良一表示，台股短线上资金转向成长类股，虽然高档追价意愿趋于保守，加上美债殖利率走高与连假消息面变数，可能加大短线震荡，但考量 AI 需求与外销订单持续成长，对台股中长期走势仍维持偏多看法。林良一指出，00939 目前维持 100% 填息纪录，兼具股息收益与平稳净值表现，建议投资人可以定期定额方式参与市场涨跌。
大华优利高填息30 ETF经理人郭修诚则分析，AI 资本支出已从单一晶片需求进入「AI 产业链精准配置」阶段，伺服器升级带动半导体与 PCB/CCL 高速传输主题成为吸金主轴。00918 深度布局华硕、广达、纬颖等 AI 伺服器龙头，同时重仓中信金、兆丰金、玉山金等优质金控，展现「以金融做下档防御、以 AI 抢上档爆发」的攻守兼备配置。随着 Q4 刚性需求延伸，投资人可采用「定期定额＋股息再投资(DRIP)」策略，锁定高股利与高填息双因子红利。
