天虹(6937)订单能见度看至2027Q2！下半年ALD占比拉升与PLP交机双轮驱动，卡位台积电先进制程实验室

天虹被动转型的背后：SiC急冻逼出的第二成长曲线

天虹(6937-TW)过去以PVD设备及化合物半导体(SiC/GaN)为主。2025年受客户资本支出大幅放缓、拉货延迟及汇率波动影响，全年营收年减13.2%，这场急冻也成为天虹策略转折的关键推力。公司今年成长动能明确转向「先进封装及Micro LED」，矽基前段为辅，第三代半导体则降为「观察复苏」。

此策略调整迅速显现在财报上，2026年上半年合并营收达13.01亿元、年增33.63%，营业利益大增2.3倍，前7月累计营收15.08亿元、年增36.96%，双双创下同期历史新高。根据《优分析产业资料库》资料显示，天虹目前在手订单能见度已清晰看至2027年第二季，展现强劲的回温力道。

产品结构质变：ALD接棒成为高毛利关键

过往天虹设备营收中，PVD占比超过一半、ALD约占1/4。进入2026年下半年，虽然PVD预估仍占整体设备营收七成以上，但ALD出货占比显著提升，成为产品组合优化的核心动力。

ALD(原子层沉积)设备的重要性在于先进封装制程的延伸。以面板级封装(PLP)为例，在玻璃基板或镀膜前进行PVD(钛/铜)沉积前，必须先使用ALD沉积氧化铝(Al₂O₃)或二氧化钛(TiO₂)作为缓冲层，以改善附着力。天虹将ALD与PLP设备绑定销售，成功在先进封装制程平台卡位。

此外，天虹亦推出UV ALD(紫外线辅助原子层沉积)技术，利用光照降低电浆与热效应风险，填补更微小的几何结构，并已开发出Lumina与HyFA等机台，抢攻先进制程与Micro LED智慧眼镜等前沿应用。

地缘与合作升级：台积电实验室与PLP落地两大讯号

天虹在先进封装的布局迈入收割期，主要有两大成果：

PLP设备产品落地：天虹自主开发的310×310mm PLP PVD设备已顺利交付高雄封测厂，满足CoPoS关键制程需求，且零组件本土自制率高达90%。2026年底前规划交付第二至第四台设备，第五台预计于2027年第一季出货，并已接获海外客户追加订单。

合作层级跃升：2026年9月1日，天虹与台积电合作的「先进制程实验室」正式开幕启用，聚焦镀膜设备、膜质改善及前驱物筛选验证三大领域。这代表天虹设备已嵌入台积电先进制程研发初期，从单纯的设备供应商角色升级为共同开发伙伴。

产能瓶颈与新产品时程：投资人应追踪的执行风险

尽管需求强劲，天虹目前面临的挑战，有：

产能吃紧与扩建时程：天虹订单出货比(B/B ratio)持续大于1，既有无尘室空间已近饱和。公司9月21日决议斥资6.98亿元购入湖口土地及厂房。然而新厂建置需时2至3年，短期组装产能瓶颈仍需密切关注。
EUV检测设备延后：子公司辉虹开发的EUV光罩膜检测二代机，因客户追加额外规格要求，验证时程由原本预计的2026年第一季，延至2027年第一季送样，显示高阶设备验证变数仍存。

投资人后续观察重点

ALD出货比重：2026年下半年ALD设备出货占比是否如预期提升，带动毛利率进一步优化。

PLP设备交机节奏：2026年底前第二至第四台PLP PVD设备能否如期顺利交付。

评价面与获利兑现：市场预估天虹2026年具备赚逾半股本实力，但先前本益比已反映2027年获利预期，后续营收与获利兑现速度将是支撑股价的核心。
