《价值型投资最新产业研究报告》臻鼎-KY (4958-TW) 人工智慧高阶板加速放量，八亿美元筹资扩大产能

今天大盘一度下跌三百多点，臻鼎-KY (4958-TW)的多方架构依旧非常好，走势维持强势，介绍给大家。这家公司正从手机印刷电路板龙头，向人工智慧伺服器、光模组与高阶积体电路载板快速扩张，新的业务已开始转成营收。

8月合并营收206.66亿元，月增17.42%、年增41.05%，首次突破200亿元并创历年同期新高；前八月累计营收1,274.26亿元，年增19.89%。公司说明，伺服器、光模组与积体电路载板合计营收较去年同期成长超过三倍，行动通讯新品备货也进入旺季，两股力量同时推升出货。

第二季营收484.31亿元，年增26.8%，毛利率23.1%；归属母公司净利23.92亿元，年增约295%，每股盈余2.19元。上半年每股盈余3.55元。伺服器、光模组与积体电路载板上半年营收年增113%，产品组合改善已反映在实际获利，这也是近期股价在大盘震荡时仍能维持强势的重要基本面。

臻鼎-KY (4958-TW)目前可供应人工智慧伺服器使用的高密度互连板与高层数电路板，并同时切入图形处理器及客制化人工智慧晶片客户。改良半加成制程能做出更细的线路，适合高速、高密度讯号传输。新一代伺服器主板的层数、尺寸与制程难度都提高，单一系统需要的电路板价值也跟着上升。

光通讯方面，1.6T高速光模组相关产品已开始量产，3.2T产品进入开发与打样。近封装光学会把光引擎放在交换器晶片附近，每颗运算晶片周围需要多颗光引擎与高密度载板；共同封装光学再把光学元件整合得更靠近晶片。两种架构都会增加高层数电路板、低损耗材料与高密度载板的使用量，臻鼎-KY (4958-TW)能从光模组板延伸到交换器与伺服器主板。

积体电路载板也进入规格升级期。人工智慧晶片朝大尺寸、多层数发展，低热膨胀玻纤布与增层膜供应吃紧，客户验证替代材料又需要较长时间。材料瓶颈限制产能开出速度，既有载板厂的稼动率与议价条件因此改善。臻鼎-KY (4958-TW)的记忆体与周边晶片载板稼动率维持高档，高阶运算载板产能也持续提升。

公司在9月22日完成8亿美元海外可转换公司债订价，约合新台币252.24亿元，并于今天发行，后续在新加坡交易所挂牌。资金将用于充实营运资金与高阶产品技术开发。深圳先进封装载板基地规画投入不低于人民币120亿元，淮安高阶电路板园区与泰国厂也陆续建设及开出产能，形成中国与东南亚并行的制造布局。

8月营收突破200亿元，伺服器、光模组与载板业务又呈现倍数成长，臻鼎-KY (4958-TW)的转型已进入放量阶段。接下来研究重点放在1.6T光模组出货、3.2T产品认证、人工智慧伺服器新平台、高阶载板稼动率，以及深圳、淮安与泰国新产能的量产节奏。这些高阶业务持续扩大，营收结构与获利品质仍有向上空间。
