〈台股盘前要闻〉外资卖超452亿元台股回测月线守住、 5档「璞玉」股出列

5/19 台股盘前要闻

1. 台股今 (18) 日一度重挫逾千点，终场量缩、跌幅收敛至 280 点，收在 40,891 点，守稳 4 万点与月线大关，外资期现货操作不同调，减码台指期空单，但调节现股，瞄准联电、华邦电与力积电进行提款，三档合计调节 8.3 万张，台积电遭卖超 9522 张；资金也转进债券相关 ETF，买超债券 ETF 前三名合计达 5.8 万张。
2. 光学元件股王大立光 (3008-TW) 18 日公布最新自结获利数， 4 月税后纯益 18.31 亿元，年增 88.54%，每股纯益为 13.95 元，而加计首季财报税后纯益 61.23 亿元，合计达 79.54 亿元，以大立光目前登记实收股本 13.08 亿元计算，1-4 月每股纯益为 60.81 元。
3. 房仲业上市公司信义房屋 (9940-TW) 18 日召开股东常会，通过每股配发股息 0.6 元，并完成独立董事补选，邀请辉达 (NVDA-US) 前全球副总裁暨台湾区总经理邱丽孟出任独立董事，进一步强化公司在 AI 科技、数位转型及公司治理领域的专业布局。
4. 美商电子元件大厂 Bourns 在 2 月 9 日正式对纽西兰石英元件厂 Rakon 提出溢价 72% 的以每股 1.55 纽元收购其 100% 股权的收购要约， Bourns 取得的股权支持逾 93%，并超越 90% 的强制收购门槛，同时，希华 (2484-TW) 售出 Rakon 股权款 4342 万纽元 (约 8.01 亿元新台币) 确定己入帐。希华与 Rakon 生产合作将不改变。
5. 台湾证券交易所 18 日完成上市公司 2026 年第 1 季财务报告的形式审阅，(13 家金控公司申报期限至 6 月 1 日除外)，其中，陇华首季每股净值降至 4.64 元，不足 5 元，进而被打入全额交割，中福、永冠 - KY 并案停止买卖，丽婴房则因净值回升恢复普通交易方法，自 5/20 起执行。
6. 台湾证券交易所 18 日举办「AI 领航 × 璞玉发光」台湾资本市场成长论坛，财信传媒董事长谢金河点名五大成功跨足半导体特化、矽光子与先进封装的传统产业转型典范，分别是中砂 (1560-TW)、新应材 (4749-TW) 、颂胜科技、 (7768-TW) 、高明铁 (4573-TW) 、山太士 (3595-TW) ，强调技术导向已取代市场导向，传产透过积极研发华丽转型，才能携手 AI 巨头开创台湾资本市场的双动能新时代。
