不畏震荡现金为王！高息ETF成资金避风港这3档最受公股青睐扫货逾万张

台股今（14）日遭遇外部利空袭击，盘中一度重挫超过 1700 点，加权指数最低触及 44737 点，所幸低档承接买盘强劲，终场跌幅收敛至 642 点，留下一根长达 1083 点的长下影线。面对高档震荡与地缘政治风险，市场共识转向现金为王，具备高配息现金流保护的 ETF 成为资金避风港，近一周来公股扫货超过万张的 0056、00961 和 00929，其中 FT 台湾永续高息（00961-TW）今日表现相对抗跌，成市场瞩目焦点。
受美国政经变数及美伊局势紧张影响，全球市场动荡，台北股市今日成交量放大至 1 兆 1786 亿元。权值股台积电（2330-TW）(TSM-US) 领跌，电子族群普遍走弱。在此波剧烈拉回中，具备高配息特色的标的展现防御韧性，公股券商买盘动作频频，明确将资金配置转向「高配息率加上低波动」的防御组合。
在各类 ETF 中，FT 台湾永续高息（00961-TW）因具备高达 18% 的年化配息率，且近一周获得公股买超 10905 张，今日跌幅仅 0.47%，在同类标的中最为抗跌。另外，元大高股息（0056-TW）获公股加码 18010 张，位居公股买超榜首，显示市场对于现金流稳定度的高度重视。
法人分析，近期台股受限于外部地缘政治冲突及资金筹码松动，短期波动加剧。建议投资人若持有杠杆或持股水位过高，应适度调节并控管风险。现阶段操作应优先考量基本面稳定度，并透过高配息 ETF 建立稳定现金流，落实现金入袋为安的稳健策略。
