台积电熊本厂震后逐步恢复营运建厂工程未受影响

2026年07月28日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 台积电(2330-TW)周二晚间表示，日本熊本县的日本先进半导体制造公司（Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing，JASM）已在地震后开始逐步恢复营运。稍早当地发生规模7.1强震，公司基于安全考量一度疏散所有员工。

台积电表示，依照内部安全程序完成疏散后，已确认熊本厂所有员工均平安无恙。

公司指出，震后已完成建筑结构安全检查，确认厂房结构安全，因此开始逐步恢复营运。不过，设备细部检查及地震影响评估仍在持续进行中。

此外，台积电表示，JASM建厂工地（Fab 24）并未受到地震影响。不过，考量后续仍可能发生余震，部分施工已暂停，作为预防性安全措施。
