2026年07月02日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 强茂(2481-TW)、德微(3675-TW)、台半(5425-TW)这三家台湾功率半导体IDM厂产品线高度重叠，都做整流二极体、MOSFET这类分离式元件，过去这个族群的景气受到车用、工控以及终端消费性电子需求好坏影响很明显。但这轮不一样，虽然同样受惠AI伺服器应用、受惠涨价以及受惠转单，但三家的月营收产生了不同的变化，德微、台半月营收已经创新高，但是强茂还没有。这表示这一轮功率半导体不是全部一起变好，而是不同的产品线造成营收反映不同步
