研调：第二季DRAM产业营收季增59.5% 供应扩张持续落后需求成长

研究机构TrendForce最新发布的记忆体产业报告显示，受惠于传统DRAM合约价格强势上涨，2026年第二季全球DRAM产业总营收，较上一季飙升59.5%，达到近1,547.3亿美元。
研调：第二季DRAM产业营收季增59.5% 供应扩张持续落后需求成长
此波营收暴增的核心驱动力，并非来自「卖出更多晶片」，而是源于供给紧绷下所带动的价格调涨。
TrendForce指出，AI伺服器对大型语言模型(LLM)训练与推理的需求，持续拉动高频宽记忆体(HBM3e)、LPDDR5X与高容量RDIMM的出货。这在无形中排挤了消费性DRAM的产能，进而使得消费性DRAM合约价出现强劲涨幅。
在供应方面，供应商库存仍处于历史低位，新增供应主要用于伺服器用途。因此，第二季 DRAM 位元出货量仅略有成长。
在三大记忆体巨头的表现方面，三星电子表现最为亮眼，因率先推进HBM4的量产与出货，加上平均销售单价(ASP)大涨，其单季DRAM营收季增63.4%至609.8亿美元，以39.4%的市占率稳坐龙头宝座。
相较之下，SK海力士(SKHY-US)虽位居第二，但因其位元出货中HBM占比最高，受限于长期合约的价格弹性，其平均销售单价涨幅较为受限，单季营收季增37.9%至385.9亿美元，市占率下滑至24.9%。美光(MU-US)则因产能限制，将产品组合集中于高单价的伺服器DRAM，营收季增65.5%至360亿美元，市占率略升至23.3%。
三大巨头加速向先进制程转移，也为专注于成熟制程的台湾厂商带来了意外的溢出效应。在DDR4与DDR3合约价大涨的推动下，南亚科技(2408-TW)营收季增68.3%至26.12亿美元；华邦电子(2344-TW)营收季增75.8%至9.98亿美元；力积电(6770-TW)的DRAM营收也飙升167.8%至1.15亿美元。
展望后市，TrendForce预期第三季常规DRAM合约价季增率将收缩至13%至18%，这反映出个人电脑(PC)与智慧型手机客户对进一步涨价的承受力有限，部分需求已开始向低容量产品转移。
