〈美股盘后〉SpaceX财报后狂泻逾13% 道琼改写新高标普、那指终止连四涨

在企业财报表现稳健及辉达股价劲扬带动下，道琼工业指数周三 (5 日) 上涨 263.24 点，连续第五个交易日收红，并再创历史收盘新高。不过，半导体族群走势分歧，那斯达克指数收跌 0.83%，标普 500 指数则自盘中历史高点回落，终场下跌 0.17%，结束连续四个交易日涨势。

另一方面，市场持续关注荷姆兹海峡 (Strait of Hormuz) 重启谈判进展。美国总统川普表示，美国与伊朗可能很快就重新开放荷姆兹海峡达成协议，时间最快可能落在周三或周四。

先前卡达表示，美伊双方已拟定重启海峡通行的方案，伊朗据报也考虑允许欧洲国家协助清除海峡内的水雷，使市场对区域航运逐步恢复正常的信心升高。

国际油价周三大致持稳，全球基准布兰特原油期货维持在每桶 79 美元上方，美国西德州原油期货则徘徊于每桶 75 美元附近。

尽管美国 7 月 ADP 就业报告表现疲弱，市场反应相对平淡。数据显示，7 月民间新增就业仅 4.4 万人，不仅低于 6 月修正后的 9.5 万人，也远逊于道琼预估的 7.5 万人。

此外，联准会 (Fed) 理事库克 (Lisa Cook) 周三表态，若通膨持续居高不下，她已准备支持再次升息。同时，明尼阿波利斯联准银行总裁卡西卡里 (Neel Kashkari) 认为，央行现在应该开始逐步提高利率，以抑制仍然过高的通膨。

道琼工业指数上涨 263.24 点，或 0.49%，报 54,349.12 点。
那斯达克指数下跌 221.55 点，或 0.83%，报 26,363.44 点。
S&P 500 指数下跌 12.97 点，或 0.17%，报 7,723.55 点。
费城半导体指数下跌 170.38 点，或 1.40%，报 12,008.88 点。
NYSE FANG+ 指数下跌 98.18 点，或 0.53%，报 18,433.87 点。

焦点个股

NYSE FANG+ 指数中的科技五大巨头跌多涨少。Meta (META-US) 小涨 0.14%；苹果 (AAPL-US) 上涨 0.52%；Alphabet (GOOGL-US) 下跌 4.03%；微软 (MSFT-US) 下跌 1.09%；亚马逊 (AMZN-US) 下跌 1.72%。

费城半导体族群涨跌互见。AMD (AMD-US) 暴跌 7.04%；博通 (AVGO-US) 小涨 0.03%；辉达 (NVDA-US) 大涨 3.43%；应用材料 (AMAT-US) 下跌 2.26%；高通 (QCOM-US) 下跌 3.16%；美光 (MU-US) 小涨 0.06%。

台股 ADR 多收墨。台积电 ADR (TSM-US) 下跌 0.76%；日月光 ADR (ASX-US) 下跌 4.96%；联电 ADR (UMC-US) 重摔 6.50%；中华电信 ADR (CHT-US) 涨 0.31%。

企业新闻

Google 母公司 Alphabet (GOOGL-US) 下跌 4.03% 至每股 362.43 美元，主因公司宣布重组人工智慧 (AI) 部门，任职 27 年的首席科学家 Jeff Dean 将离开公司。

SpaceX (SPCX-US) 狂泻逾 13% 至每股 108.27 美元，跌至历史新低，市值一夕蒸发 2,250 亿美元。

SpaceX 公布上市后首份财报后重挫，其第二季资本支出暴增至约 184 亿美元，年增约六倍，且高于市场预期，大部分资金将投入 AI 基础建设，引发市场对庞大资本支出的疑虑。此外，本周预计将有约 20% 股份解除交易限制，也进一步加重市场卖压。

摩根大通报告指出，目前预估 SpaceX 2027 年与 2028 年的资本支出都将逼近 2,000 亿美元，意味着 2027 年自由现金流压力将进一步升高，而这样的情况并非 SpaceX 独有，而是整体超大规模资料中心营运商共同面临的挑战。

辉达股价大涨逾 3% 至每股 219.22 美元，主因 SpaceX 执行长马斯克 (Elon Musk) 在财报电话会议中表示，未来公司建置 AI 运算基础设施时将「完全采用辉达处理器」，并称辉达拥有「最好的 AI 电脑」。

AMD (AMD-US) 崩跌 7.04% 至每股 482.05 美元，虽然 AMD 第二季营收与获利略优于市场预估，第三季营收展望也大致符合预期，但整体表现未能进一步激励投资人。

迪士尼 (DIS-US) 劲扬 3.63% 至每股 101.76 美元！连续四个交易日收高。虽然迪士尼第三财季营收略低于市场预期，但每股盈余优于预估，其中包含主题乐园在内的体验事业营收年增 10%，展现稳健成长。

Amgen (AMGN-US) 急拉 4.57% 至每股 407.83 美元。第二季营收与获利皆优于市场预估，公司也同步调升全年营收及每股盈余财测。

礼来 (LLY-US) 强升 4.67%，收每股 1,169.86 美元。受减重药物需求强劲带动，公司上调 2026 年全年营收预测。

华尔街分析

盈透证券资深经济学家 José Torres 表示，美股在早盘大幅走高后回吐部分涨幅，反映投资人选择暂时观望，等待中东局势出现更明确的进展。他认为，在近期市场快速上涨后，「华尔街稍作喘息是合理的」。

Truist Advisory Services 投资长 Keith Lerner 则表示，尽管这波多头行情未来仍可能遭遇更多震荡，但现有基本面证据仍足以支撑对股市前景的信心。

Baird 投资策略师 Ross Mayfield 表示，近期市场风险偏好明显回升，过去几个交易日的大幅波动「在历史上相当罕见」，截至周二，三大指数已创下自 2025 年 4 月以来最佳四日表现。
