解密800VDC延后传闻！相关供应链该不该买？

SemiAnalysis 上周发布最新报告表示，AI 伺服器的 800VDC 架构将推迟至 2028 年之后，主要的原因在于大型云端服务商认为，将电网的 350-450VDC 先升压至 800VDC，而后再降压至 50VDC，反而增加转换耗损，不如采用 400VDC，这消息面出来，导致 800VDC 相关供应链出现压力。但这是风险？还是新的机会呢？

这边先给投资朋友结论，下半年开始出货的 Vera Rubin 平台 AI 伺服器，确实未必要采用 800VDC 架构，但从辉达与供应链的消息来看，800VDC 架构也并未延迟，Vera Rubin 平台将部分采用 800VDC 架构，400VDC 将会领先量产，800VDC 架构渗透率提高会在 Rubin Ultra 及 Feynman 平台推出之后。

投资朋友该如何看待相关供应链呢？就如同昨日 (6/17) 文章「下一代 AI 晶片必要关键技术！？受惠股名单大公开」一般，大尺寸 AI 晶片封装未来一定需要采用玻璃基板一般，未来的 AI 伺服器也将采用 800VDC 架构，长期产业趋势基本面，投资朋友可利用拉回找寻买进机会。

800VDC 架构目前会有少量出货让客户验证，但 400VDC 架构领先放量，短中期 400VDC 架构，而长期 800VDC 架构，相关供应链依然受惠，投资朋友可留意买点机会。
