触控面板双雄加速跨界布局 TPK-KY深耕先进封装 GIS-KY光通讯拚明年量产

触控模组厂 TPK-KY(3673-TW) 与 GIS-KY(6456-TW) 近年面对终端客户拉货力道不足，加上大尺寸面板厂年底关闭等外部考验，皆加速推动策略转型，积极由传统触控产品制造商，逐步延伸至半导体驱动晶片、先进封装、光通讯封测及车载一体整合模组等新兴利基领域，为公司带动新成长动能。

TPK-KY 透过入主奕力科技正式跨足新赛道，驱动 IC 相关业务目前已占集团营收约 22%，成为转型期的新事业重心。此外，公司也同步推进先进封装的玻璃通孔技术，目前正处于研发与客户设计导入阶段，虽然今年与明年尚不会产生具体营业额，但已依客户需求预作技术规划。旗下 3D 列印利基型产品则照原定计划推进并实现小幅获利，营收占比大约落在 2% 至 3% 之间。

另一大厂 GIS-KY 则积极由触控显示贴合转型为半导体光学厂商，今年规划约 50 亿元到 60 亿元台币左右的资本支出，其中约 13 亿元用于光通讯相关的测试与绑定设备。

GIS-KY 锁定雷射光源与连续波雷射光源封测业务，预计在明年上半年放量并启动量产，较大出货量将在 2027 年第二季后显现。在扩展实境与虚拟实境眼镜方面，其研发的光波导镜片今年第一季已小量出货，大规模营收贡献则预估落在 2027 年下半年至 2028 年以后。

在海外基地与传统车载业务进度上，两大厂皆加速海外第二基地的建置以分散营运风险，TPK-KY 泰国新厂土建工程已大致完工，正进行机电设备建置，而 GIS-KY 也正扩大在越南的建厂投入。在车载领域方面，GIS-KY 近年耕耘车载触控整合模组效益显著，主要应用于车辆仪表板与中控台，该业务去年占整体营收比重约 3% 至 4%，今年在订单规模放大下，预估营收比重有望超越 5% 并进一步冲向高个位数。
