伊朗周六（19日）表示，伊朗最高国家安全委员会已通过卡达向美国提交结束战争的条件，目前正在等待川普政府回应。
伊朗最高国家安全委员会秘书穆赫辛·雷扎伊表示：「我方正与调解方卡达保持联系，卡达已将我方结束战争的条件转交给华府，我方正在等待川普政府回应。」
不过，他同时警告，如果美国政府不接受这些条件，伊朗已经做好迎接「一场决定性战争」的准备。
据雷扎伊概述，伊方提出的条件主要包括：美国结束所有针对伊朗的战事，解冻被冻结的伊朗资产，并结束海上封锁。
雷扎伊在当天接受采访时表示：「美国退出谅解备忘录后，伊朗已经认识到有必要调整对美国的战略。」
雷扎伊没有排除美国再次对伊朗发动袭击的可能性。他表示，根据伊朗方面的军事评估，这种可能性非常高，但他强调伊朗已经做好准备。
他批评美国和以色列在过去六个月冲突中的战略评估存在偏差，并声称这场冲突最终是由以色列总理尼坦雅胡挑起。
