针对涉嫌违反伊朗制裁 美联邦检察官调查币安

美国纽约曼哈顿联邦检察官正针对全球最大加密货币交易所币安(Binance)展开调查，厘清平台是否涉及违反美国对伊朗的经济制裁规定。

此前，美国司法部已针对涉嫌经由两家香港公司(Blessed Trust 与 Hexa Whale)透过币安洗钱的 6,100 万美元伊朗黑市石油收益提出民事没收诉讼，尽管检方在诉讼中未直接指控币安存在不当行为，仍使币安再度面临美国联邦机构的监管审查。

针对本次调查与先前的合规质疑，币安发言人Ross O'Leary发表书面声明强调：「我们对违反制裁行为采取零容忍政策。我们全力配合执法机关，并持续致力于根除与停权不良行为者。」

针对媒体报导合规人员因举报违规交易遭解雇一事，币安官方于部落格澄清离职与调查无关，并表示：「无论是加密货币或传统金融交易所，都无法保证风险绝不触及平台。负责任机构的差别在于风险发生时能否加以侦测、调查、化解并通报，而币安在所有案例中皆已做到这四点。」

近年美方持续加大对伊朗的经济封锁，据区块链分析机构 Chainalysis 估计，2025 年流入受制裁实体的加密货币金额暴增近 700%，高达 1,040 亿美元。媒体如《华尔街日报》与《纽约时报》曾指出，币安内部曾有调查员针对十余亿美元涉伊朗交易提出疑虑。

由于联邦检察官启动调查并不等同于正式起诉，刑事调查也可能在未发布指控的情况下结案。目前美国司法部与曼哈顿检察官办公室发言人均拒绝发表评论。
